1. General Refund Policy
At SMM Panel Easy, we strive to deliver every order accurately and on time. All sales are considered final once an order is placed and processing has begun. However, we handle refund requests fairly when issues arise that are within our control.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a refund if your order was never started after a reasonable waiting period, if we delivered significantly fewer units than ordered and cannot complete the remainder, or if a technical error on our platform caused the wrong service to be applied to your order. Approved refunds are credited to your account balance or returned via the original payment method at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for orders that have been fully or partially delivered, orders where the target account, page, or content was deleted or made private after placing the order, services that began dropping naturally after delivery (subject to refill guarantees where applicable), or situations where the order was placed with incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Drop Protection and Refill
Many of our services include a refill guarantee for a specified period. If your followers, likes, or views drop within the guarantee window, you can request a refill at no extra cost. Refill requests must be submitted before the guarantee period expires. Refills are not the same as refunds and do not apply after the stated guarantee window ends.

Please include any relevant screenshots or details that help us investigate. We review each request individually and respond as quickly as possible.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, account balance credits are applied instantly. Refunds to the original payment method may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
7. Account Balance Refunds
Funds added to your SMM Panel Easy account balance are non-refundable to the original payment method unless required by law. Account balance can be used for any service on our platform. If you wish to close your account and have an unused balance, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate the matter by replying to your support ticket and asking for a senior review. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. We ask that you contact us before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks, as chargebacks may result in account suspension.
